Horrible this company charged me 4x for a gift and never even sent me a receipt so I had no idea it happened until my credit card was maxed out. I then emailed them in TWO languages and still customer service did nothing... I’ve even posted on their social media about getting a refund. ( using common sense they only sent 1 of the orders they charged me for ) I’m going to report fraud if I don’t hear back in 24 hours
After reading the reviews, I was a bit hesitant to purchase from Smallable - but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. I can only speak from my own experience, but everything went very smoothly.
I placed the order a few days ago, and it has already arrived safely (I live in Canada for some context). Although I had to pay duty for the item, Smallable honoured their offer to pay for any customs fees incurred.
I look forward to purchasing from this company again!

Update: I was contacted by the company and they are refunding the cost of the Duty fee. Very much appreciated.

Beware of paying exorbitant Duty fees when ordering off this site!! I live in Canada and ordered an item that cost $90. I had to pay an extra $30 just to receive it. I order online all the time and this is not normal. I never would have paid $120 for the item but I was on the hook for the extra $30. Customer service never replied to me.
Horrible customer service, severe delays in delivery and no help whatsoever. No one answers if I try to call and through emails no one seems to solve the issue that it’s been almost 1 month since I made the order and the delivery estimate was 7 days. Would NEVER recommend this

Ordered my baby a baby bouncer she’s due next month, I haven’t had any updates via email even though I’ve emailed this company multiple times! So worried it’s not going to arrive in time I’m still waiting on a response, please be careful when ordering from this site very bad customer service!
Before purchasing the roller skates from Smallable, I was skeptical due to the amount of negative reviews. I still took the risk and luckily, everything turned out perfect! The shipping was very expensive but it arrived very fast. They did charge for customs BUT Smallable refunded the fees. Overall, I had a good experience.
Horrible customer service. I Cannot cancel my order even just a couple of minutes after it was placed + it's costing me extra for customs which was not included in their shipping. Karl the customer service representative calls me "dear" in the emailing, and does not fully answer my questions. Do not order from this website as the shipping process and customer service is weak and lacks organization.

I was slightly worried after reading some of the reviews. Well I was really pleasantly surprised. Ordered item Saturday night received item Tuesday afternoon. Great service price and quality. I will definitely purchase from Smallable again.
I placed order 23rd of October and still waiting for it to arrive. Last scan 5th of November and this company has been impossible to get hold of or get a response to an email. I got an excuse that it's due to country being in lockdown for the delay however I have got plenty of orders delivered from the UK no problem. I would actually prefer a refund at this stage and order the product from a different company.
I wouldn't order again.
I see lots of bad reviews, but my experience was great! Really prompt responses to my emails and also quick delivery of the correct item. In fact, because of bad reviews I thought this website might be a scam and knee jerked ordered from another website. I live in SF and the overseas item was mailed to me faster than the item that was ordered... from San Francisco. Thanks for being so helpful!
No customer service at all. never ever reply to my emails. i'd give it a zero star if i could.
The worst customer service ever. NEVER buy from this site. I will never pass an order ever again. Passed an order END OF JUNE. Still haven't received ANYTHING and we are in October. No answer from the customer service. They deliberately LIE about the availability of the products online. WORST SERVICE and website. Price does not come with quality for them.
